With just a camera and a microphone in hand, he captured the chaos erupting on the streets and provided insight into an expansive spectrum of opinions among US citizens. From COVID restrictions to election cycles, his film brought light to some of the most pivotal moments of last year and gained widespread notoriety for its objective approach to confronting an emotionally charged topic.

New Tool I'm Using:

Achieving a common goal within the design process can be an arduous task, given the need to align internal teams and processes across different disciplines. To get the most out of this alignment, it is essential to maintain open communication between team members by clearly articulating the desired outcomes and actively listening for feedback about how best to reach them. Figma aims to assist in this process with its intuitive platform to help teams get the job done faster and easier. Figma looks well thought out and makes it easy to collaborate.

Campaign I'm Checking Out:

When you're selling a house, it's easy to feel helpless when you take a look at your closing statement and see the immense agent commissions that have been deducted, resulting in frustration and confusion. The average seller is charged over $25,000 in total commissions, so the cost is certainly real. Sellers often wonder why they're spending all this money without feeling like they've done any of the work.
